He has previously served as General Manager at Borat Knit Fabrics and Friends Knitwear & Accessories Ltd. where he focused on strategic growth and sustainable fashion practices.

Tonmoy began his journey with Bangla Poshak Ltd., gaining hands-on experience in production, sourcing, and brand development. These roles laid the foundation for his strong understanding of both local and international apparel markets.

Now, as the founder of Lilkidi, a vibrant new kids’ clothing brand based in Dhaka, Tonmoy is combining his industry expertise with a passion for creative, comfortable, and conscious children’s fashion. Lilkidi aims to set a new standard in kidswear — where fun meets function, and quality meets care.
